These terms cover buying from 02A100. By placing an order you agree to them and to our Shipping and Returns & refunds policies.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. We ship within the United States only.
After you pay, we email you an order confirmation. That email means we’ve accepted your order. We may still cancel and fully refund an order if a price was shown wrongly or a design can’t be printed.
Made to order
Each item is printed after you order it, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Damaged, misprinted, wrong or missing items are covered as described in Returns & refunds.
Designs
The designs belong to us. Buying a product gives you that product for personal use, not the right to reproduce or resell the designs.
How it looks
Printed colors can look slightly different from your screen, and print size and position can vary a little from the preview. Garment measurements can vary by up to 2 inches.
Liability
If something goes wrong with an order, we’ll make it right as described in Returns & refunds. For other losses connected to an order, such as a gift or event it didn’t arrive in time for, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
This limit doesn’t apply to injury or property damage caused by our negligence, or to fraud or willful misconduct. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under consumer protection laws, including the laws of New Jersey.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Your order is covered by the version posted when you placed it.
